Urban Lending Solutions, a provider of premier residential and commercial mortgage products and services, announced today that it has been ranked No. 205 in the 2011 Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies. In addition, the publication also named Chuck Sanders, CEO of Urban Lending Solutions, as one of the top-10 fastest growing black entrepreneurs in the nation.

Urban Lending Solutions saw a 1,529% increase in growth from 2007 to 2010, expanding its company from 50 employees to 700 in the same time. The company generated a127.3 million dollar revenue last year, a huge step up from its 2007 revenue of $7.8 million.
The company was ranked at No. 15 within the financial services industry.
